Corner Apartment Building

Writer: MaylieMaylie

I'm so excited to finally be able to present to you my second MOC! It is a corner apartment building, inspired by Brian and Jason Lyles. There is a very pretty design on the sidewalk out front and a tree with a birdhouse. On the other side there is a lamppost, a bench, and a gate entrance to the backyard (shared by all residents and which I will share with you later). Let's go to the first floor. The woman from the 3-in-1 Townhouse Toy Store (31105) runs the front desk. At the front desk there is a cash register, a $100 bill, a heart gem, a What's At Heart? magazine, and a vase of flowers. There is a water dispenser and a bulletin board with a newspaper on it. On to the next floor! This one is an apartment. There is a small kitchen with only an oven and a sink. There is a small living room with a wall-mounted TV and an armchair. There are two bedrooms: a master with a king bed and a regular bedroom with a bunk bed. On to the next floor! There is a small living room with a chair, and two bedrooms. The master bedroom is the one that actually has the smaller bed. It has an empty shelf , a parrot, and a juice poster. The regular bedroom has the bigger bed. It has a small shelf. And there's the roof! It has a cool design on it borrowed from Heartlake Cupcake Cafe (41119), a satellite dish, a chimney (just for decoration) and an antennae. And now, the moment you've all been waiting for... the yard! It has a table for the first apartment, and a hose to water the flowers. The red and yellow flowers belong to the first apartment and the pink flowers belong to the second apartment. There is also a grill for the second apartment with a hot dog on it. Pictures below!
