Corner Garage Modular Set Review

Hi everyone! This is my first-ever post on my blog! I'm going to be reviewing and rating the Corner Garage (set 10264). I'm going to start with the mini figures. There are a female mechanic, a male mechanic, a female motorcycle rider, a little girl, a man, and a veterinarian. There are also quite a few animals! There are a German shepherd, a bunny, a frog, and a parrot. Now let's go over the building! The first floor is Jo's Garage, with a very catchy tagline (By Accident We Meet). Inside there's a small cash register and service area. There is also a super cool tow truck. However, the set didn't come with a car or other vehicle for the tow truck to tow. Loss of five points there. The second floor is next: Dr. Jones Animal Care (no snakes). There's a waiting room with a couch, a chair, and a table, as well as some nice

flowers and a fish tank. But as for the fish tank, I don't get why they had me put the fish in upside down. It looked like a dead fish! I put it in right-side-up instead. Loss of another five points in the rating there. Next up we have the apartment! There is one of those classic "rabbit ear" TVs (my favorite part), a kitchen, bed, and small bathroom. It all comes together nicely. Last but not least, we have the rooftop deck. A nice flower box provides vegetation, and a lounge chair and umbrella give realism and a pop of color. Overall, I give this set a 90/100. Everything else besides the tow truck problem and the fish problem is fabulous. An amazing build and great add to my collection.
