Hey everyone, I'm back! Today I'm going to be reviewing and rating the Bookshop (set 10270). One side has a the bookshop, and the other, a nice townhouse. The bookshop, called Birch Books because of the beautiful birch tree out front, has the bookshop on the first floor, a nice sitting area with a recliner and a balcony on the second floor, and a bedroom and chameleon tank on the top floor. The townhouse has a small basement, which holds a fold-up ladder, mousetrap, small bench, gardening scissors, and a sack. The first floor has a small tea-making area, and a tearoom with a window seat. The top floor is an attic which has been converted into a bedroom. The bedroom holds a king bed and a dresser. Of course, there's another balcony on this floor. And let's not forget the minifigures! There is the female bookshop owner, a man in a tie and suspenders, a little boy and his toy plane, an elderly lady, and an elderly man. Everything about this set is incredible! It took me 2-3 days to build, but it was so worth it. My favorite part about this is that the backs of the top floors open to play inside. Overall, this set has earned a 100/100. A fantastic model.

I promise, pictures are coming soon! It’s taking a while for me to rebuild this set...
Nice!
